Mesmerents. The world around us is filled with things that look good but sell false, empty promises. They seek to hypnotize us, lure us away from God, and immobilize us spiritually by keeping us trapped in guilt, shame, and deceit. These mesmerents can make us feel hopeless, but there is hope. We can learn to see mesmerents for what they are, resist their enticing pull, and have freedom from their hold on us.

Meet the Speakers of Mesmerent: Resisting Enticement
Kayleen Cho
Kayleen serves at Redeemer’s Grace Church in San Diego as part of the Women’s Ministry where she cares for and teaches God’s Word to the women. Working on Mesmerent: Resisting Enticement has helped her to learn how to fight against the temptation to forget God and depend upon herself and instead choose to remember His character and promises throughout her day. Kayleen and her husband love opening up their home to serve others and point them back to Christ.
Meg Li
Meg serves at Redeemer’s Grace Church by reaching out to newcomers, editing for the YouTube channel The Offensive Line, and teaching in children’s ministry. She teaches Junior Kindergarten at a private Christian school, and in her free time, she enjoys trying new recipes and spending time with friends and family. Meg is excited to share with women how to have victory in the Lord in spiritual warfare. She wants to glorify God by making each day in her life spent for the Lord.
Michelle Lu
Michelle serves in the Women’s Ministry at Redeemer’s Grace Church, where she cares for the women and enjoys building up their thinking. She and her husband love to use their resources and talents to serve God and others! While preparing to speak on Mesmerent: Resisting Enticement, she was sobered by the reality of spiritual warfare in our lives. Michelle is excited to grow in being spiritually vigilant as she serves in the church, as she works, and as a wife.
