God designed fathers to have a strong impact on their children, and our understanding of relationships, identity, and security is often shaped by our fathers. But just because an influence is familiar to us does not mean it is necessarily good or true. Our earthly fathers can shape how we think about many things, but ultimately, God’s Word has the final say about who we are and how we understand relationships. Come to “What Dad Taught” to learn how to recognize these influences and develop a right understanding according to what our Heavenly Father has taught us in His Word.
